GENERAL Airstage New Zealand is helping Kiwi households prepare for warmer weather with a new summer cashback promotion. Customers who purchase an eligible GENERAL Airstage (formerly Fujitsu) heat pump between 2 November and 15 December 2026 can receive up to $250 cashback via bank electronic funds transfer following an approved claim*.

The promotion gives New Zealand households an added incentive to upgrade their heating and cooling ahead of summer. GENERAL Airstage heat pumps are designed to deliver reliable, energy-efficient comfort throughout the year, helping households maintain comfortable indoor temperatures as the seasons change.

With household budgets remaining a consideration for many New Zealanders, the summer cashback offer provides additional value for those planning to invest in a new heat pump. Eligible General Airstage systems combine heating and cooling functionality, providing a practical solution for year-round comfort and control.

The promotion applies to eligible domestic and residential purchases made between 9:00am NZDT on Monday 2 November 2026 and 11:59pm NZDT on Tuesday 15 December 2026. Cashback amounts vary depending on the eligible model purchased, with customers able to receive up to $250 via redemption.

Customers must submit their claims online by 11:59pm NZDT on Friday 29 January 2027. Claims require proof of purchase and payment, along with the outdoor unit model and serial numbers and indoor unit model number.

Claims will be validated within four weeks of submission. Once approved, cashback payments will be made via bank electronic funds transfer to the nominated bank account provided with the claim.
