GENERAL New Zealand (formerly Fujitsu General New Zealand) has recognised the outstanding achievements of its partner network with the announcement of the 2026 GENERAL New Zealand Partner Award winners.

The annual awards recognise high-performing partners and dealers across New Zealand, celebrating achievements across the North and South Islands and recognising businesses for their contribution to sales performance, customer experience, and the strength of GENERAL New Zealand’s partner network. This continues the focus of the 2026 awards on recognising excellence and commitment across the company’s New Zealand dealer network.

The 2026 awards are the first to be held since Fujitsu General New Zealand officially changed its business name to GENERAL New Zealand on 1 January 2026. The change followed Fujitsu General Limited’s integration into Paloma Rheem Holdings Co., Ltd. and the global transition to GENERAL Inc. While the business has entered a new chapter, GENERAL New Zealand remains committed to supporting its partners and maintaining the strong relationships built across the New Zealand market.

Absolute Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Ltd received top honours at this year’s awards, being named Dealer of the Year for both the North Island and nationally.

Ace Heat Pumps also received multiple accolades, taking out the Outstanding Sales Award for South Island Metro/Major Centre and Dealer of the Year for the South Island. Ignite Heat Pumps Limited received the Outstanding Sales Award for North Island Metro/Major Centre, while Taranaki Refrigeration Limited was recognised for North Island Regional and Duncan Air Conditioning for South Island Regional.

The awards also recognised achievement across the wider Oceania partner network, with Australia’s Ambience Air Airconditioning named Oceania GENERAL Partner of the Year.
